Parking Bays

Each apartment has been allocated one parking bay, which is stated on the owners purchase agreement.

All Owners/Tenants and guests should be considerate and Do not park in other owners parking bays.

If you do not know the parking bay number allocated to the apartment then please contact the owner or agent.

Garden Fencing

It has been agreed in the owners meeting in May 2007 that the fencing for gardens and terraces must be of the same style.

The agreed style for garden and terrace fences is green netting with very small holes. Please see Apartment number 7 in block 1C for clarification.

Any other style of fencing is in breach of the community rules and will need to be removed by the owner and replaced with this style fencing.

Satellite Dishes

Satellite Dishes must not be installed on community property. The community has available communal satellite dishes for sky TV and Spanish TV.

Reece electronics +34 607 383578 is the community authorised Sky installer. Please contact him for connection details and prices.

If you are interested in WiFi connection for PCs please speak to Reece.

Grills

It has been also agreed in the owners meetings that the grills for doors and windows must be of the same colour.

The agreed colour for grills is green. Please see the Community handrails for clarification.

Any other colour does not fulfil the community rules and will need to be re-painted.

Main Gate Remote Controls

Please contact Daniel (community gardener) should you require a remote control for operating the main gate. He is available to place an order between 8am to 4pm Mon-Fri. The cost is 45 euros each remote.

Alteratively, you can obtain a remote direct from the Administrator in Calahonda for 30 euros. Once you have one, you will then need to get it programmed to operate the gate and garage. For this please contact Daniel.

Post

The local post is not delivered to the development. The post is collected from the Post Office in La Cala and then sorted into the mailboxes.

Please can owners insert their full name on the designated mailbox If you are a tenant please can you include your full name and please leave/include the owners name on the mailbox.

This will help us to put the tenants and the owners mail in the correct box. The letters do not always include the correct apartment details but always states the name.
